Decommission, Disposal, Reuse, and Recycling

Our team will help relieve the pain and frustration of your decommission. We will work with you and the building to make a plan with a budget based on what you want us to do with the furniture and other items. Once completed, we can provide a breakdown of exactly where your products went.

Removing your furniture and cleaning your space is a daunting task. It's difficult to justify the time and cost to remove furniture you don't want or need. We're here to help. We're a one-stop-shop and will remove everything that isn't considered demo or construction.

At FSP we use a four prong approach to help with your furniture and product removal needs. We want to put money back in your pocket as well as contributing to the community and environment.

If you have a special plan for your items, we will work to make sure that is what happens. We will work together to develop a strategic plan. We will develop a budget with an environmental and community-based approach for the distribution of your used products and furniture.

Our goal is to recycle as much as possible to give back to you, the client, and the to reduce our impact on the environment. Taking furniture to a donation center helps extend the life of furniture far past your initial use in the office.

We will set our schedule according to your interest - If you would like a return on your products and furniture, we will start by trying to resell or repurpose those items. Next, we will recycle and give a credit back base don what we receive. Once these options are utilized, we will donate to your specific donation center or non profit. Lastly, we will dispose of all trash.

Reselling and repurposing your unneeded furniture can help with the cost associated with decomissions.

Recycling and donations can create a tax return deduction for donation or a credit back for the money received from the recycle center.
