We create a plan with you, the client. Then, we'll communicate with the current building management to make sure all time, safety, and noise requirements are met. We will coordinate with the architect, building management, electrician and data team in the new space to make sure that it is a seamless move from one building into the next.

The benefit to us packing and unpacking is that since we know the plan for the new space, everything will be labeled by room and floor. If certain items need to be moved a special way, we will work with you to make sure everything is done to meet your requirements.

We are available when you need us. We want to have clear communication both ways from us to the client and back. We are accessible after hours and on weekends when most moves are made. You will have access to one or all three of the company owners throughout the process.

We will work with you and both buildings to make sure we have a schedule everyone is happy with.

You will work with our space planning and project coordinators to come up with an exit plan from your current space, and a new layout and entry plan for the new office.

We will work with you and the building management to find ways to cut costs to keep your move as affordable as possible.
